“ This is my alltime favorite place to eat, period! The fillet cut is always what I get and Im never disappointed with how its cooked and always tender as can be. For the price, this place cannot be beat. Sure, you can go to a fancy restaurant and pay 2x, 3x what it cost here, but I dont see one bit of difference in quality. The hot rolls with the honeycinnamon butter melts in your mouth and the accommadating servers will bring you as many as you want. The decor is country and western Texan style, just like the cowboy at heart in me. Side dishes and appetizers are all delicious and the helpings are substantial for the price. The servers will also give you a show with a line dance to a favorite CW tune. Birthdays are celebrated here with a free dessert, if you have room. But, youre always able to take anything home for leftovers. If you like a drink, they have an excellent bar and many delicious specialty drinks. Its always packed with hungry customers would you expect anything less for a great restaurant with great food and service, but you can take advantage of the call ahead before you go and give them a time of arrival and theyll expedite your wait for a table asap. I cannot say enough how great of a bargain TRH is, its literally a home run everytime I adorn the door. Try it and Ill guarantee youll find the Texan within and a pleasurable dining experience. ”

“ We did make reservations to this fairly recent open Texas Roadhouse for Monday night at 615pm.The restaurant was very busy. They got us in at our time and were greeted by friendly staff from the time we walked through doors. Staff followed us to our seat with fresh rolls as soon as we were seated. We had a very awesome server who made the experience even better. Our food was so tasty, from my salad to my country fried steak. The grandkids enjoyed steak tips and mini burgers. My son said his steak was perfectly cooked. Mango margarita was fabulous We will definitely visit often. ”
“ Ive never had a bad meal at Texas Roadhouse. Any of them. The service is always great and the food is delicious and high quality, dont even get me started on those honey buns! Haha. This was our first time to the Altoona location and we ordered take out so I cant rate the atmosphere because they have a drive thru window which is new and convenient but Im sure at times impedes the traffic flow through their very busy lot and makes you wait in line. They had a walk in door for people who wanted to park and walk in for quicker service but it was locked. The staff at the window were awesome and friendly and our order was spot on! ”
